Philadelphia police are investigating two separate early morning shootings, one of them deadly. Just before 4:00 in the morning on Tuesday, someone sprayed a man with bullets along the 6300 block of Norwood Street in the Germantown section of the city. The victim — in his 20s — was pronounced dead at the scene. So far, there’s no word on suspects or motives. At about 12:30 on Tuesday morning, someone wounded a woman while she walked along the 900 block of North Saint Bernard Street in West Philadelphia. The woman — in her 40s — suffered a graze wound to the head. She’s in the hospital in stable condition. Police are trying to figure out why she was targeted. The gunman remains on the loose.
